The Van Gogh Museum and Rijksmuseum jointly operate the Museum Shop at the Museumplein, so you can pick up posters, cards and other art souvenirs from both institutions in one fell swoop. While the selection is not as vast as the in-house stores, there’s still a good choice.

You can buy museum tickets for Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh and Stedelijk at the ticket window here (8am to 4pm), which gives you direct access to avoid queuing at the museums.
